Mais

Mais is a responsible investment specialist with over 17 years' experience. Most recently, she led stewardship at Nest, the UK's largest pension scheme by membership. She previously headed-up the ESG integration programme at Hermes Investment Management (now Federated Hermes) and specialised in proxy voting and engagement during her time at Hermes EOS. Throughout her career, Mais has run ESG training programmes, created ratings frameworks and integrated ESG data into mainstream investment research. She has always had a passion for innovation and wants to create solutions that contribute to a sustainable financial system.
